App Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to features offered by the particular app. Use of the software is covered by the App Licence. Accounts, marketplace features and subscriptions are not available in every app.

2. User accounts

Keep your login credentials secure and provide truthful, lawful information when registering an account.

3. Content and marketplace

Do not publish unlawful goods, deceptive offers, hate speech, pornography or material that infringes other people’s rights. You are responsible for your submissions. 3D Studio Production may remove material and restrict access when these rules are breached.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend accounts or discontinue online access following a breach or where required by law or platform rules. This does not remove statutory rights, including rights relating to payments and refunds.

5. Optional subscriptions

Where an app offers App Store subscriptions, the available billing periods, local price and trial conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until renewal is cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple bills your Apple Account and may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, as specified in the offer. Manage subscriptions and cancel renewal through your Apple Account settings, subject to the deadlines and conditions displayed when purchasing. How to cancel a subscription. These provisions apply to subscriptions, not one-off purchases.
