What is BP Tracker for?

Regular readings in one place

BP Tracker is a journal for readings from a blood pressure monitor. It helps maintain a recording routine and prepare an organised history to review with a clinician.

Record and review your history

Record systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse. Charts, monthly history and a calendar highlighting measurement days show changes over time. Twice-daily reminders help maintain your recording routine.

A report for your clinician and Apple Health

Export readings as a clear PDF table instead of copying them by hand. Apple Health integration supports import and export, while iCloud sync helps keep your history available on Apple devices.

Key features
